Catch them being good
Praise the behaviour you want to see, especially when no one is scoring.
Culture is caught, not taught
The way you treat the referee, the parent and the last substitute is the real lesson.
Keep standards high and voices low
You can be firm about behaviour without being loud. Calm coaches build calm teams.
